General Questions

How can you guarantee quality of your products?

We have a fully automatic integrated production line. Every step from the production, assembly and testing of accessories is strictly carried out in accordance with international standards. And every quarter, we will arrange professionals to come and check whether there are any hidden detailed issues in our production line.

Is supporting sample order first for our testing before bulk order and is it free?

That’s sure, every products as long as we sell, we can all support to send to you sample for you testing.(such as inverters, batteries and pv panels) Regarding the cost of sample, we need you to pay first, after you confirm the bulk order, we will 100% refund to you(no including shipping cost).

How long is your products warranty?

That’s a good question, normally our lithium battery and solar inverter with 5-year warranty, but if you want to add warranty, we can reach to 10years. PV panels with 25-30year warranty, it depends on the specific model of panels.

If I pay the funds to your account, then how long will it take to receiver my goods?

The exact period depends on your location and destination port. For example, one set solar system we normally need 20-25 working days to producing the goods and delivery to the departure port, and the other products such as pv panels, batteries and inverters just need 5-7 working days we can send. About the shipping usually need 15-25 days.

What certifications do you have?

CE, TUV, UN38.3, ROHS, BIS, UL, ETL, CSA, etc.

If your local area requires a certain certification, we can also customize according to your needs.

Do you have an agent or warehouse in the other area, like US? Or EU?

Yeah, we have two warehouse in EU, one is in Rotterdam, and the another is in Poland.

Are you selling solar system, how is it equipped with?

We sell many solar systems to lots of clients from each countries, no matter on-grid system, off-grid system or hybrid system, we all support and we have one professional team to provide customized solutions and aftersale-services specifically for system clients

One set solar system contains pv panels, lithium batteries or recharge lithium-ion batteries, inverters, pv cables, tools bag(MC4 connectors, hose, tie, nameplate, Cable tray,copper plug, PVC tube,etc,) and solar brackets at least. We will add combiner box/grid-connected box and so on according to your personal situation if necessary, too.

How could you confirm that the system you sell can run normally without any problems?

Pls don’t worry about this, before delivery each system from our factory, we will conduct joint debugging on the batteries and inverters to ensure they can cooperate and work normally.

And regarding the connection of pv panels and inverters, our technicians are all professionals with more than ten years of experience in the industry, they have discussed and confirmed that which solution will be more suitable and more cost-effcitive for each clients’ specific needs.

What aftersale-services do you provide?

Before you picking up your goods successfully, we have sent you the detailed system installation diagram and the activation video of lithium batteries and inverters for you.

If you meet some issues when installing or using solar system, like can’t understand the installation diagram well, the actual power is different with standard power, etc. Pls contact us, we will try to help you solve them. If can’t by online, you can choose return the product or change the same new.

What’s your MOQ?

No matter which models you choose, our MOQ of batteries all is for one unit.

What’s the grade of battery cell you use?

For each power and models of our batteries, we all choose A+/A grade batteries, but if you care the price more, we can also customize the best suitable model for you.

Do you have All-in-One machines? What’s the max power it can reach?

That’ sure, we have wheeled All-in-One and stacked All-in-One, normally the most popular is for 20KWH battery capacity with 5.5KW hybrid inverter, the max power we can reach is for 30-50KWH, the specific situation depends on your specific needs. From IP20, IP54, IP65 we can all accomplish, just the price will have some difference.

If I want to get a power and model of battery that customized by my own needs, what info do I need to provide?

First of all, we need to consider and confirm the feasibility of your request, if possible, we will need some info below to process the project.

(1)The shape of battery and size of the battery pack you need.

(2)Capacity of the battery and voltage of the battery you want.

(3)Cable and connector types you want to choose.

(4)Max discharge current.

(5)Casing and Terminals if need.

(6)Any protection circuits you want to get.

Regarding the OEM/ODM service, what do you need us to do then we can ask for it?

Alright, usually the OEM/ODM service we need you to order one 20ft container at least, and need to pay some cost for it, but if your order quantity is large enough, we can do it for you by free. We can also change some parameter according to your requirements as long as it’s available.
